We at Seed Connect assure that at least 90% of the seeds you purchase will germinate, provided you follow our germination method. If less than 90% of your seeds germinate despite following our recommended method, you can submit a claim.
To make a claim under this limited guarantee, you need to contact us within 30 days from the purchase date, providing us with the details of your germination process.
Claiming the Guarantee
- Record a video from the moment you receive your seeds, documenting:
a. The unboxing and opening of the seed packet.
b. The entire germination process, strictly adhering to our recommended method.
c. The outcome after the 1-3 day period if the seeds have not germinated.

Our support team will review your claim and the video evidence. If approved, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the ungerminated seeds, which can be used on your next purchase with us.
Note: We can only honor claims where our germination method was strictly followed, as demonstrated in your video documentation.
Extra Seeds and Discounted Seeds
We often provide extra seeds as a bonus with most orders, and sometimes sell seeds at promotional discounts. However, please note that our germination guarantee does not cover these additional or discounted seeds.
If any fail to germinate, we will not replace them or offer store credit.
