Every purchased seed from The Seed Connect is backed by our 30-day, 90% germination guarantee. If your seeds do not sprout when our recommended method is followed, we replace them.

What is covered

• All purchased feminized, autoflower and regular seeds
• Indoor, outdoor and greenhouse growing environments
• A 90% germination rate using the recommended method

What is not covered

• Free, bonus, BOGO and mystery seeds
• Seeds that were improperly stored or handled
• Failures caused by extreme heat, moisture or other environmental damage

How to file a claim

Sign in, go to Account → Orders, expand the order and tap Replace seeds. Choose replacement seeds or store credit. Replacement seeds are free; a flat $6.99 replacement shipping fee applies to every claim. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
