We ship all orders via USPS from our facility in Arizona. Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped discreetly to all 50 US states.

• Free shipping available on qualifying orders

All packages are plain, unmarked and give no indication of contents or sender. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking and delivery issues

Every order includes a USPS tracking number. If a package is lost, damaged or delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve it.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days typically ship the same day. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other factors outside our control.
