Mimosa also referred to as Purple Mimosa, is a sativa-dominant hybrid. Its genetic ratio is 70% sativa and 30% indica. It is an offspring of Clementine —sativa and Purple punch — indica.

Since its arrival on the cannabis scene, it has been an all-time favorite for smokers.

It is best suited for daytime. The cerebral high and uplifting effects keep you on your toes the whole day.

Novices should take it on slowly, especially if you are a lightweight drinker; Mimosa will knock you out. Even smokers with high THC tolerance need to go low and slow with this.

The buds of a mature Mimosa plant are large and cone-shaped, covered with milky-white trichomes and hints of purple from its parent strain — Purple Punch.

Flavors of the Mimosa

Mimosa inherited delicious, citrusy orange scents from its parent strain — Clementine infused with sweet, sour, and tropical flavors.

Effects of the Mimosa

Mimosa leaves the user feeling euphoric, happy, uplifted, and energized.

It also deals with depression, stress, and anxiety.

The adverse effect is cottonmouth.

Mimosa Grow Tips

Mimosa is a straightforward strain to grow. It can be grown outdoors, indoors, or in greenhouses.

Its flowering time indoors is nine weeks.

The outdoor harvest is ready by mid to late October.

The Mimosa plant grows to a medium height of 30 to 80 inches.

It can grow in a cool, hot, and temperate climate.

It is resistant to pests and diseases.

Uses of Mimosa Feminized Seeds

The “mind high,” or the energetic, anxiety-relieving qualities the cannabis delivers, is what draws users of Mimosa pot to it.

Additionally, users report that this strain encourages creativity and productivity.

Best time of the day to use

The optimum time to take Mimosa marijuana is during the day because of its energizing properties.

Mimosa feminized seeds shouldn’t be difficult to germinate; we make it easy with two of our preferred methods: the paper towel method and direct sowing.

Germinating Mimosa seeds with the Paper towel method.

Using dinner plates

  • Place one paper towel on one plate.
  • Moisten the paper towel using a water spray bottle.
  • Place your Mimosa seeds on the paper towel –distance the seeds by an inch.
  • Moisten the second paper towel and cover the seeds.
  • Cover the seeds with the second dinner plate
  • Place the plates in a warm dark place like in a drawer or cupboard can work.

Using Zip lock bags

  • Dampen your paper towel and place it on a flat surface.
  • Place your Mimosa seeds on one-half the paper towel – distance the seeds by one inch.
  • Fold the other half of the paper towel over the seeds, properly covering them.
  • Insert the paper towel into the zip lock bag.
  • Tack your Ziplock bag into a dark warm place

Whichever method you prefer, ensure your paper towels are constantly moist.

Germinating seeds with the direct seeding method.

Another hassle-free way to germinate your seeds is with the direct seeding method.

  • Moisten the soil with a mist spray bottle,
  • Poke a hole in moist soil with your finger or a stick twice the size of the seed.
  • Drop in the Mimosa seed, and then cover with a pinch or two of soil.
  • If the ground is hard, moist the soil in the next 2-3 days with a mist spray
  • Your seed should pop in 1-5 days.

10 reviews for Mimosa Feminized Seeds

4.3 Rating

  1. Communication, shipping time, packaging, during the process of my first order with THE SEED CONNECT were 5 STARS! I have 2 purchases with them and 2nd order was also perfect. All seeds germinated. All plants are doing well. Highly recommended. Jaime

  2. Fun

  3. Found seeds to be small and unable to get them to sprout.
The ones that sprouted did not grow.

  4. Seeds popped immediately, and after 2 weeks turned the the lights to 18-6, wanted some nice big plants for spring but they went straight to bloom. Now I have 8 inch flowering plants that wont even yield what I paid for the seeds. Crazy thing is it happened with the other 2 strains I got too. First time ordering from this company and unfortunately won’t do it again. I think I was given auto flowers instead.
